As a head of the Max2o account services team, Pam manages client relationships and provides strategic marketing planning, research and communications services to our clients. As part of bringing new clients on board, Pam researches the client's situation -- including the industry and competitors -- and translates this learning into insights that help the design and account teams better support the client. With two+ decades of marketing experience from both the client and agency perspectives, Pam brings solid account management expertise and her own fusion of strategy and creativity.

Before joining Max2o, Pam worked as Senior Vice President for Manning, Salvage & Lee, an international public relations agency where she developed national campaigns for Pharmacia & Upjohn, Dr. Koop.com, Charter Behavioral, Regent Medical, Baxter, the Arthritis Foundation and many others.  As a newly married 24-year old transplant to Atlanta, she landed a position as media liaison for President Jimmy Carter and the Carter Center of Emory University.  From there, she acquired an appreciation for non-profit communications which she uses in working with Max2o clients the American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation, Dream House and the Waldorf School of Atlanta, where she serves on the Board of Directors.

Pam and her husband will soon celebrate their 25th anniversary. With two sons Carter 13 and Noah 11, the family stays busy with music, travel and sports.  Pam has recently learned how to knit and enjoys designing and creating garments during downtimes.  Her long-term goal is to move to Asheville and open a bookstore.  Pam and her younger son Noah’s love of books has inspired them to begin writing a children’s book about an otter who adopts a human family.
