A graduate of the internationally renowned Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, Todd Perlee relocated to Atlanta in 1989 from Los Angeles.

Initially freelancing for a variety of top Atlanta firms including Babbit & Reiman, Copeland Design and ABOA/Shandwick, Todd later joined Idea Associates, a real estate marketing firm, and was responsible for the brand development of luxury high-rise and master-planned communities.

Todd served as Creative Director at Idea Associates for 11 years before leaving to freelance for a variety of real estate accounts including Kenneth G. Horton Development, one of the premier private club community developers in the Southeast.

Toddˆs career has garnered 18 Professionalism Awards from the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and his innovative marketing campaigns have helped to brand Atlanta as a national luxury leader over the past 20 years.
