Situation

Leeworth is a mortgage and refinance company specializing in high- and low-end consumers, two markets traditionally neglected by the mainstream consumer mortgage industry. As a start-up company with no name recognition or specific direction, Leeworth looked to Max2o for brand development.

Objectives

  • Create a memorable logo that connotes professionalism and experience
  • Emphasize the firm’s three cornerstones: service, knowledge and training.

Strategy

As an enduring symbol of strength, stability and leadership, Max2o used an image of a lion as the centerpiece of the Leeworth logo. The graphic was accompanied by a typeface that suggested financial expertise.

Results

Leeworth Mortgage grew from 2 to 12 employees following the influx of business gained immediately after the start-up phase. The logo has proven to be a memorable tool and helps consumers identify Leeworth Mortgage from the rest of the pack.
